  1. wowo I love the idea of planning three weeks out! I’m not sure if I could do it–I might try it! We are gluten free right now and I think I will remain because my joint pain has disappeared almost completely. Great post!

    1. Thanks! I usually plan either a week or a month at a time, depending on how sure I am of my upcoming schedule. Now I have a month off, so I’m gonna be such a pest around the blogosphere! :-)
